Cotrako Srl is constantly engaged in the design, marketing and installation of gas sector equipment and is a European leader in the production of level indicators, vaporizers and LPG systems. Cotrako Srl is committed to pursuing a Policy that sees customer care and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of business processes as differentiating factors in a highly competitive market.

In accordance with the general growth strategies and objectives, the Management, through a risk-based approach (“Risk Based Thinking”), promotes:

  • The centrality of the Customer for the success of the company and the improvement of the image on the market aimed at increasing the number of Customers, turnover and entry into new market areas;
  • The satisfaction and needs of the interested parties (Customers, Employees, Partners and Civil Society);
  • The continuous improvement of the quality of the products and the effectiveness and efficiency of the operational and support processes;
  • The care in communication and assistance to the Customer;
  • The culture of quality at all levels of the organization;
  • The protection of the environment, safety and health of the personnel in the workplace.

Cotrako Srl, making available all the necessary resources and ensuring that the planned objectives are compatible with the context and its strategic directions, is therefore committed to issues concerning:

PEOPLE

People are, without a doubt, crucial to our organization: they represent employees, workers, customers, suppliers, distributors, sellers, and their growth – in knowledge, prosperity and well-being – is central to everyone’s success. As a company, we have therefore chosen to invest in their value, both in terms of human capital (for example, individual knowledge, skills, competences) and social capital (for example, sharing norms, values, rules).

By focusing on employees, the fundamental pillar on which the company bases its activities, we offer them a safe environment, with stimulating, meritocratic, rights-respecting and non-discriminatory working conditions. Furthermore, the company encourages, stimulates and incentivizes their professional growth and promotes their well-being.

PLANET

Our company, like all companies, generates impacts on the environment in which it operates, both due to the nature of the business and the activities connected to our supply chain.

Acting according to a sustainable business model that creates value in the long term means, in fact, committing to safeguarding the environment, paying particular attention to the resources used and the management of its infrastructures, trying to devise new solutions to minimize the impacts generated (direct or indirect).

We must rethink production from an eco-design perspective, aimed at extending the life of the product, facilitating its recycling and delaying the moment of final disposal as much as possible, but today this issue requires further policy efforts to be addressed effectively.

It must be recognized that the rational use of raw materials, together with careful waste management, helps to reduce the environmental impact of the production process. Furthermore, innovative solutions and advanced technical processes minimize waste and environmental impact.

Our company, like all businesses, is committed to ensuring that all human beings can enjoy a prosperous and fulfilling life and that economic, social and technological progress occurs in harmony with nature.

PROSPERITY

Prosperity is translated into the fight to end poverty and inequality, described in terms of:

  • Economic growth – built on decent work, sustainable livelihoods, increased income, social protection and access to financial services for all people
  • Innovation and transformation of business models – to create shared value, including investments in sustainable infrastructure, settlements, industrialization, SMEs, energy and technology

INNOVATION OF BETTER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The effort of every company should be to provide products or services that can not only advance their industry but, at the same time, contribute to the protection of people’s health and the environment. Innovating products or services means making efforts to constantly modify, update and monitor their supply chain in a sustainable way.

In addition to the principles of responsible governance, which are vital to ensuring conscious and respectful action, it is becoming increasingly important for companies to focus on creating long-term value and defining objectives that integrate the economic, environmental and social impacts generated or indirectly suffered in their business.

As a company, we have therefore understood the importance of governance in achieving these results, a guide towards responsible choices both on an economic-financial and social and environmental level, building legitimacy with our stakeholders.

ETHICAL BEHAVIOUR

Ethical behavior, in line with applicable laws and shared norms for business behavior, is a critical component for long-term value creation.

Employment and job creation are key factors in economic growth and prosperity and provide a basic indication of a company’s ability to attract diverse talent, which is key to innovating and creating new products and services.

The pursuit of the Quality policy translates into management’s commitment to continuous improvement of its performance.
